previous experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred
must be able to follow recipes, check ingredients, check production processes and communicate effectively with other team members
must be able to work under pressure and maintain composure in stressful situations
must be able to work as part of a team
must be able to work independently
prepare and cook sufficient food with minimum wastage
carry out the directions from the senior members of team, provide sufficient support
