- as a customer service assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' inquiries are promptly and efficiently addressed
- giving out referrals to other services as needed
- provide accurate information, address concerns, and offer appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- deal with escalated inquiries promptly and efficiently
- communicate any customer-specific requirements or changes in delivery schedules effectively
Requirements
- customer service
- previous experience in a customer service role is desirable, preferably in an online or e-commerce environment
- experience in medical or dental field preferred
- ability to pass a background check
- ability to pass a drug test and background check
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
