- you will have a passion for preparing and cooking great food for your customers to enjoy every time

- A a chef/cook on duty to ensure a smooth service
- assist in the development of new menu dishes and specials using high-quality ingredients
- run service in the absence of head chef
- prepare dishes in line with company specs at all times and you must possess excellent culinary and presentational skills
- strive to meet ticket times and communicate effectively
