Responsibility
- conducting candidate sourcing and lead generation through various channels, including social media platforms and job boards
- building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with suitable candidates
- screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate qualifications to determine their fit for specific job requirements
- collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and provide guidance on best practices
- managing the offer negotiation process and facilitating the onboarding of new hires
- keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the quality of talent acquisition
Requirements
- prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with a focus on senior candidates
- completion of a recognised recruitment certification program
- proficiency in using HRIS and ATS platforms to manage candidate data and recruitment processes
- experience in social media management for recruitment purposes, including creating engaging content and utilizing targeted advertising campaigns
- excellent relationship management skills to build rapport with clients and candidates, fostering long-term partnerships
- knowledge of recruitment tools such as Taleo, Workday, or Salesforce to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance efficiency
