- work to develop and grow the menu while managing and controlling food costs and offering high quality service to customers
- placing stock orders
- prioritising orders as they are taken and sent through from the servery
- working on your own and as part of a team, supporting your colleagues to ensure food is prepared for customers
- work in a safe way demonstrating good practice of food hygiene, and health & safety
- ensure full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented and always stocked
- ensure that Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to, and any incidents are reported in line with procedures
