Responsibility
- help assist our homecare team in ensuring a compliant and efficient operation is maintained in line with company SOPs and policies
- ensure KPIs are achieved within agreed timescales
- maintain accurate and accessible records
- help assist the team to complete daily dispensing activities within required timelines
- help drive and grow existing relationships through engagement with key contacts within NHS Trusts to support and aid patient compliance
- effectively work across the dispensary in fulfilling orders, identifying any opportunities to improve efficiency
Requirements
- level 2 and 3 NVQ in Pharmacy Service Skills
- the ability to learn new skills and apply these in practice
- excellent verbal, written and telephone communication
- A desire to work closely with the existing pharmacy team in the delivery of a high-quality pharmacy service to both primary and secondary care organisations
