Responsibility
- work collaboratively within marketing and across the wider business to produce final assets
- work across multiple projects to tight deadlines
- provide creative input and ideas for brand development
- create quality, visually compelling designs aligned with the brand guidelines and existing styles for multiple brands, across multiple platforms including social media, website assets, print and digital channels
- schedule social media posts in line with the marketing calendar and collaborate with the Head of Group Marketing to optimise posts to continually improve performance
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design
- experience creating and scheduling social media across multiple channels
- A strong portfolio of work demonstrating design skills across multiple platforms and brands
- knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices
- ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and prioritize multiple projects
- strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- experience with video is advantageous
