Responsibility
supervising the accounts payable process and the finance assistant’s responsible for accounts payable
expanding the scope of the accounts payable automation tool
assisting with the preparation of management accounts and other month-end close activities including but not limited to accruals and prepayments
assisting with the 3rd party VAT/Sales Tax filings
liaising across the business to ensure accuracy of P&L line item values
providing information and insight to forecasting and budgeting
assist with requests pertaining to the financial audit
partnering with the wider business to ensure continuous development and efficiencies are achieved in line with the company values and goals
designer
Responsibility
own the product design process from concept to final mass production
collaborate with factories to implement design concepts effectively, while addressing manufacturing costs, time constraints and resource requirements
collaborate with multiple teams, including Purchasing, Sales, and Marketing, to understand our sales and pricing strategies for new product launches
develop 3D textures and surfaces for high quality and photorealistic render outputs
shape the look and feel of our range of consumer products across different categories, with more of a focus on home appliances
generate high quality static renders and 3D animations for various purposes, including manufacture/production and online content creation
ensure each product range has a consistent and appealing design that matches our brand values and guidelines, while also being practical and functional
act as the main point of contact for all product design between our manufacturing partners and our London and China offices
merchandiser
Requirements
lead initiatives to enhance website functionality , ensuring alignment with business objectives
implement and manage tools and applications to improve the customer journey ensuring a seamless, user-friendly shopping experience
conduct A/B testing to refine listings, layouts, and conversion strategies
Responsibility
collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling assets, including banners, product imagery and promotional graphics
set up and configure product listings for all new marketplaces
coordinate cross-platform promotions, ensuring consistent messaging and execution across all digital touchpoints
financial controller
Responsibility
review key judgements and adjustments on a monthly basis
manage intercompany invoicing and reconciliations across all entities
monitor and report on 16-week cashflow forecasts – highlighting surpluses/shortfalls and proposing action
own inventory valuation, landed cost reporting and related judgements/provisions
take full ownership of the year-end audit process from planning to sign-off, including financial statement prep
track and manage FX hedging strategy and report monthly
