Responsibility

  • we have an amazing job opportunity for a General Practice Manager to join our team
  • they will be an experienced leader, who is able to bring the local teams together and through the continued journey
  • working with and reporting to the Senior Operations Manager for Primary Care, the post holder will lead the Primary Care Service both strategically and day to day
  • the post holder will be an experienced Practice Manager who understand the complexities of primary care and is able to translate national and regional guidelines into tangible actions and outcomes
  • the Service Manager will oversee and undertake all aspects of the role including , BAU, quality including CQC, financial performance, workforce development and People, strategic future planning, driving improvements and growth
  • supporting our General Practices in Milton Keynes the City Wide Services Manager will contribute to the success of our regional hub and Primary Care Network ensuring that they thrive and support all of our practices
  • working autonomously, the CWSM will ensure that the services are delivering high-quality care, whilst the local team are supported, ensuring daily huddles and regular staff meetings take place
  • oneMedical Group is growing in Milton Keynes. From 1st of September 2023 we will be delivering excellent care services to patients and communities across 3 sites in Milton Keynes: Brooklands, Whitehouse and Neath Hill surgeries

Requirements

  • substantial people management experience
  • extensive experience of managing a Primary Care Service
