Responsibility
- working closely with the Marketing Director to create and manage the company’s marketing strategy
- monitor, maintain and update our various social media outlets with self-created content
- update and maintain website
- day-to-day lead on regular interaction and communication with sponsor representatives
- schedule requested sponsor appearances, promotional days and other deliverables
- create advertisements and other promotional materials
- work with team personnel to execute timely delivery of all materials required for team operations, including merchandise and teamwear
- develop and implement internal incentive-related programs for corporate partners
Requirements
- previous experience within a motorsport environment an advantage
- bachelor or Masters Degree in Marketing Preferred
- expert knowledge and experience working with Social Media
- experience of Adobe Suite and Canva preferred
- analytical skills
- excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills; impeccable communicator
- strong strategic mindset, reasoning and problem-solving skills
- good knowledge of industry trends and marketing activation techniques
