  • provide support to the management team by delivering the best performance you can in line with objectives, SPI's and SLA's
  • handle inbound and outbound calls from/to customers, third parties, brokers and accident management companies in a professional manner
  • general Claims Administration
  • adhere to company/regulatory processes and procedures
  • one Call Claims is a well-established claims management company formed in 2006, assisting clients who had been involved in a road traffic accident
