- as the Customer Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team looking after all customer and seller support needs

Requirements
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric initiatives and enhance the overall customer experience
- identify trends, customer pain points, and areas for improvement through customer feedback analysis and market research
- A proven track record in a customer service management role, ideally in both B2B and B2C markets
- develop and implement strategies to proactively address customer needs, resolve issues, and minimise customer complaints
- strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, caoch and develop high-performing teams
- experience managing both inhouse and outsourced customer service teams
- customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
- analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
