  • as the Customer Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team looking after all customer and seller support needs

Requirements

  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric initiatives and enhance the overall customer experience
  • identify trends, customer pain points, and areas for improvement through customer feedback analysis and market research
  • A proven track record in a customer service management role, ideally in both B2B and B2C markets
  • develop and implement strategies to proactively address customer needs, resolve issues, and minimise customer complaints
  • strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, caoch and develop high-performing teams
  • experience managing both inhouse and outsourced customer service teams
  • customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
