Responsibility

  • maintain the finance system on Xero including Sales ledger, Purchase Ledger, Cash Book & Company Credit Card
  • maintain inhouse Sales Booking system
  • bank Reconciliation of 2 accounts from remittances received
  • monthly reconciliation of credit card account
  • responsible for monthly invoice runs from Inhouse Booking System
  • approve – and send out imported customer service invoices
  • process – manual sales invoices on request
  • produce – quotes or proforma invoices on request
