- creating and continuing to develop outstanding relationship with clients, partners and colleagues, effectively communicating our value proposition both written and verbally
- ensuring that the CRM system is always up to date
- demonstrating a good understanding of the business process and sales cycle
- identifying and qualifying new opportunities in order to build and develop a sales pipeline for new business prospects, generating new business as a result
- adhering to activity KPI’s, creating marketing and lead generation plans for continual improvement on target growth, being accountable for your personal sales targets
Requirements
- no sales and client relationship management required; just a confident belief in yourself and a desire to succeed
- must be hard working, independent and motivated to exceed targets
- highly competitive, process driven, extremely organised and has great attention to detail
- strong organisation and time-management skills, able to work well under pressure
- excellent communication skills, being confident and articulate on the telephone
- all training will be given by our experienced managers
