Responsibility
manage office Health & Safety compliance
be an ambassador for the client/brand as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and providing them with a warm welcome
you will be front of house for the team, providing proactive EA support to the Executive Chairman and Leadership Team and ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis. Multi-tasking, proactivity and productivity are key
prepare monthly expense claims
manage the relationships with our key service providers and suppliers
first point of contact for all property and landlord queries
book and prepare meetings and lunches
maintain an organized filing system of electronic documents
