- liaising with the tutors to collate information
- provide administrative support including support around diary management, taking notes at meetings, preparation and typing up of reports
- use of all school systems, both paper based and electronic
- recording of staff absence and reporting to Curriculum Manager to allow effective monitoring
- assisting with onboarding of new staff including planning of induction training and reporting on the same
