Requirements

- minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or inventory management
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- experience with purchasing and inventory management software preferred
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Responsibility
- develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- create and manage purchase orders for materials and supplies
- monitor inventory levels and ensure that materials and supplies are ordered in a timely manner
- collaborate with the Production Manager to ensure that inventory levels are aligned with production schedules
- negotiate pricing and payment terms with suppliers and vendors
- identify cost-saving opportunities through analysis of purchasing data
- ensure that all orders are delivered on time and in full
- resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders
