  • proven experience in a previous customer service role
  • availability to work 5 days per week, 8 hours daily
  • availability to work Monday-Saturday
  • living in close proximity from NW10 7AS
  • excellent telephone manner
  • team spirit and proactivity
  • sales experience is a plus
  • speaking second language is a plus

Responsibility

  • meeting and greeting customers walking in
  • making coffee/providing refreshments to customers awaiting service or sale completion
  • making bookings where required
  • making phone calls to potential and existing customers
  • taking phone calls and messages for unavailable team members
  • transferring phone calls to relevant departments
  • ordering office supplies, coffee, paper towels etc
  • closing sales of accessories and advising on best-suited accessories
