O&M SERVICES is looking for employees for positions:

Responsibility
- to act in the role of Senior Authorised Person with respect to the Gloucestershire Energy from Waste Safety Rules
- provide shift cover for other STLs in the event of sickness, holiday or training
- maintain and support an effective safety and housekeeping programme, including timely communication of all initiatives
- to ensure that only suitable waste is processed, and non-conforming waste is appropriately dealt with
- encourage and promote the shift team’s operational competency in a continuous improvement environment
Requirements
- exposure to working in demanding and dynamic environments, with a proven ability to remain calm and offer consistent leadership
- knowledge of all relevant facility consents, H&S legislation, safe working environments, safety rules and outages
- extensive operations experience in the power generation sector. This can include Energy from Waste, CCGT, Oil, Coal or Biomass or time served Royal Navy engineer
- plant Operator at EfW or similar: 3 years
- energy & Utilities Occupations: 1 year
- stonehouse GL10 3ET: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
