  • develops a training program for all new employees
  • develops a training program for all existing employees based on company standards and policies
  • lead and manage security operations including compliance, risk management, compliance and risk prevention, security compliance and risk management, security risk management, security risk reduction, and other duties as assigned
  • ensures that all policies and procedures are followed
