Responsibility
- develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- identify and pursue new business opportunities
- administering Sales Orders, communicating delivery dates to customers, organising shipping and producing and sending quotations
- answering incoming calls to support customers
- deal with emails in a fast-paced environment
- maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and expanding the customer base by adding new customers to the business
- closing open quotations, managing projects and chasing sales opportunities
- making outbound sales calls proactively for potential customers
Requirements
- previous Sales Order Processing / customer service experience essential
- knowledge of Sage 50 or similar Sales Order Processing software desirable
- confident communication skills
- self-motivated and driven to achieve results
- being analytical, creative and self-driven
- ability to travel with occasional overnight visits away from home
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
