Responsibility
- to serve IBT's customers with sector leading service
- to assist in maintaining an efficient department in all aspects of it's operations
- ability to work in a fast paced environment using your own initiative
- assist with logistics involved in delivering IBT's orders
- deal with all administrative tasks arising from the day to day job
- build and maintain relationships with the IBT team, suppliers and customers
- communicate well using various channels available to the business
- answer calls and emails efficiently and work with a fast pace
Requirements
- previous experience in a Builders / Timber Merchant Trade Counter environment would be preferable and desirable however we are mainly looking for a person with a positive attitude, a willingness to work hard to achieve objectives, is keen to learn, can work well within a team, is looking to progress and someone who cares passionately about customer service
- we are also looking for the person to have good computer skills and the ability to work at pace on their own initiative
