• help create exciting menu options including specials which are changed daily
• have attention to detail in preparing food of the highest quality
• apply stock rotation to ensure waste is minimised

• continually learn and develop within the kitchen
• provide support to other kitchen employees
• work in a busy kitchen in all of the sections - Assist with the preparation of all food, considering specific needs and special diet requirements
• ensure high levels of hygiene are maintained and full compliance with both Hygiene and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to
