- present design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments
- manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion and adherence to client specifications
- maintain an organised workspace, including project files and client communications
- utilise basic maths skills to calculate measurements, materials needed, and costs associated with designs
- engage in upselling opportunities by recommending additional products or services that complement the kitchen design
Requirements
- proven experience as a Kitchen Designer or in a similar role is preferred
- proficiency in CAD software is essential; experience with Sketchup is highly desirable
- strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks effectively
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with clients from various backgrounds
- multilingual abilities are a plus, to enhance client interactions
- A background in sales or customer service is advantageous, particularly in upselling products related to kitchen design
