planning, execution, monitoring and controlling of assigned projects
identify project issues and put plans in place to resolve effectively and in a timely manner
financial control of the project including procurement, invoice approval, variation handling, final account agreement, monthly reviews
operate and deliver multiple projects
monitor and update departmental KPI’s
identify product and process improvement opportunities
clarify all assumptions, create a plan/timeline, manage the budget, minimise risks, ensure the goals of the project are met, monitor and report progress to stakeholders
