  • planning, execution, monitoring and controlling of assigned projects
  • identify project issues and put plans in place to resolve effectively and in a timely manner
  • financial control of the project including procurement, invoice approval, variation handling, final account agreement, monthly reviews
  • operate and deliver multiple projects
  • monitor and update departmental KPI’s
  • identify product and process improvement opportunities
  • clarify all assumptions, create a plan/timeline, manage the budget, minimise risks, ensure the goals of the project are met, monitor and report progress to stakeholders
