  • ensure that the team provides seamless communication from CAT to Operations teams – handing over completed quotation and booking, if relevant, with clear instruction and no ambiguity or room for error
  • be responsible for the overall performance of the team
  • ensure that successful, sustainable and robust supplier relationships are in place, reviewed regularly and shared across the business
  • communicate wins & losses with the Product Owners to continually review and adjust trade lanes, routes and solutions
  • contribute positively to group initiatives and activities – including but not limited to Product Developments; Margin Management; Growth Levers and Transformation projects
