Responsibility

- work alongside an IMS to discuss and agree monthly drawdown payments
- collaborate with contractors and project stakeholders
Requirements
- proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role within the residential construction industry
- relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying
- strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- excellent numerical and financial management abilities
- knowledge of construction contracts and relevant legal requirements
