Earnings for position customer service advisor

Responsibility

• processing vehicle quotations/ratebooks accurately within a 4 hour time frame
• follow up quotations within 48 hour time frame
• implementation of new clients

• set up and manage on line driver quotes
• day to day contact for drivers/Fleet Managers, building relationships with clients
• processing all new orders with relevant audit trail
• apply for funding
• raise all contracts/addendums for customer/ managing their signed return before delivery of new vehicles
• any other tasks as may be allocated from time to time
• delivery/collection of new vehicles, replacement vehicles and any incumbent supplier vehicle collections
• manage Ebbon Dacs Leaselink data to key2 on an hourly basis
• liaise with Dealerships through Ebbon Dacs Leaselink
• adherence to H&S and HR policies and procedures

Requirements

• customer Service experience within a corporate client environment essential
• automotive experience is preferred but not essential
• excellent organisational skills required

• full/clean driving licence
