Requirements

  • you’ll be expected to attend the attend weekly meetings with the company management to discuss event performance & promotion plans
  • one of the highlights of this role is attending the events, talking to the attendees, and developing relationships with venues
  • you’ll be responsible for the general marketing and promotion of events including developing and executing promotional campaigns
  • you’ll be given the opportunity to manage your own event alongside a team of experience staff to guide you
  • you will be required to network with sports clubs and societies to develop contacts and book in socials for events
  • we will provide any advertising aids required & an outline of how, where & when these materials should be used
  • as the hours are completely flexible, the pay structure reflects this & pay is commission based, a baseline pay can also be discussed
  • there are no set working hours & the role can be made to fit around other responsibilities. However, we do expect you to complete all tasks and to attend weekly office hours to plan and debrief with management
