Responsibility

  • our Customer Service Advisors are the first point of contact for all of our customers
  • our customer service advisors support customers with everything from account queries to technical support
  • you will be a polite, professional Customer Service Advisor to work within our existing team
  • to plan and make outbound sales calls to the customer and answer inbound calls as a matter of priority
  • to maximise the sales potential of every call (in terms of order value and number of products
  • to promote the products that the company has prioritised
  • to be successful you should be customer-focused, detail oriented, and efficient
  • to work closely with Account Managers to maximise the sales and relationship potential of every customer
