- oversee the efficient scheduling and management of our 8 surgeries to optimize patient flow
- handle administrative tasks, including staff scheduling, payroll, and budget management
- liaising and working closely on a weekly basis with the Business Development Manager
- maintain high standards of patient care and ensure excellent customer service
- collaborate with our clinical team to implement best practices and quality assurance procedures
- address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
