Responsibility

  • loading and unloading goods from the delivery vehicle
  • ensure that goods are loaded and secured safely to prevent damage during transportation
  • plan and navigate the delivery route to ensure that all deliveries are made on time
  • communicate with customers to confirm delivery times and provide updates on any delays or issues
  • ensure that all delivery paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • report any accidents, incidents, or near misses to the driver and the delivery team leader
  • adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements

  • driving Licence
  • physically fit and able to lift heavy goods
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • able to work effectively in a team environment
