Requirements
possess excellent menu-planning and budget management skills, along with a solid understanding of nutrition and dietetics
have knowledge of EHO Regulations and expertise in IDDSI diets/texture-modified food & dysphagia
previous Experience required
hold a City & Guilds Diploma in Professional Cookery 7100, Levels 1 & 2, or equivalent, and a Basic Food/Hygiene Certificate
