as our new Senior React Native App Developer, you’ll bring your react native and app development to work with you, day in, day out

you'll also lead efforts in automation testing to maintain the app's reliability

minimum of 3 years UX experience
possess a strong sense of urgency, and relentless commitment to quality
have a passion for UX & user research with an enthusiasm for learning
experience working in agile multi-disciplined teams
excellent ability to make evidence-based design decisions informed by research and data insights
using quant and qual to improve our end-to-end journeys
A strong communicator to all levels across the business and build relationships
excellent communication skills and can present user findings. Talk through ideas, designs, and user journeys

lead the development, testing, and maintenance of robust, scalable, and high-quality backend services using .NET, C#, and AWS technologies
collaborate with team members to define software requirements and design and implement robust solutions
leverage AWS services to architect and build scalable, high-performance applications
lead the troubleshooting and debugging of applications to optimize product performance
collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
support and manage software deployments, ensuring efficient and reliable release processes
mentor junior and mid-level developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
