Responsibility

  • we are seeking a highly motivated, agile and experienced People & Culture Manager to join our dynamic team
  • collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners to support talent acquisition efforts

Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus
  • strong knowledge of HR principles, talent management, and employment laws and regulations
  • demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
  • strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into effective HR initiatives
  • strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • HR certification is preferred
  • proven experience in a People & Culture/HR management role
