we are seeking a highly motivated, agile and experienced People & Culture Manager to join our dynamic team
collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners to support talent acquisition efforts

Requirements
bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus
strong knowledge of HR principles, talent management, and employment laws and regulations
demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management
excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into effective HR initiatives
strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
HR certification is preferred
proven experience in a People & Culture/HR management role
