Requirements
proven sales ability, with exceptional negotiation, persuasion, verbal and written communication skills
A deep understanding of Enterprise Content Management technologies and solutions
minimum of 3 years quota-bearing software sales experience, preferably with some level of government/public sector experience is preferred
expertise in Solution Selling, Strategic Selling or Challenger Selling methodologies
demonstrable experience influencing both customers and partners at a senior level
excellent time management skills, and work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction
previous experience working in an IT/software industry environment
ability to collaborate effectively within a team and independently
