Requirements

  • candidates should be able to offer a minimum of 1 years teaching in children's and adult group and 1-2-1 lessons
  • excellent communication skills - answering the phones, sending texts and emails, updating social media pages and liaising with other instructors
  • you should also have a working knowledge of the STA's International Learn to Swim Programme
  • needs to be able to follow instructions and also be able to use their own initiative
  • candidates must have excellent inter-personal skills and above all be passionate about working with people in a customer focused environment
  • be flexible with working hours

  • please note all successful candidates will be required to undergo an Access NI Enhanced Disclosure and provide two referees
