- this will be achieved in consultation with the relevant statutory body
- ensure that any matters relating to child protection are managed in line with current legislation, national standards and best safeguarding practice
- ensure that if there are significant changes to individual service users’ needs these are raised with the Service Manager
- ensure that all records are maintained in accordance with Willoughby Place’s policies and procedures and with OFSTED expectations
- ensure that staff are adequately supervised and trained to a high level so that they feel heard and supported
Requirements
- 5 years is residential childcare and 2 years as a senior
- driving license
- level 4 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services OR willingness to work towards
