Requirements

• proficient in using power tools and hand tools for roofing projects

• ability to weld and fabricate roofing materials as needed
• welding skills for joining metal roofing components if necessary
• strong knowledge of masonry work for chimney repairs or other related tasks

• experience with heavy lifting and physically demanding work
• understanding of masonry techniques for chimney repairs or flashing installation
• familiarity with carpentry principles for roof framing and support structures
• ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks on rooftops
