Responsibility
- oversee day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- manage a small team of telesales staff, providing guidance and support
- lead by example in servicing new and existing telesales customers
- maintain and organise files, records, and documents in both physical and electronic formats
- data entry and bookeeping, maintaining accurate records
- ensure proper functioning of phone systems and other office equipment
- implement and enforce policies and procedures, including stock control and booking external events
Requirements
- excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- experience in team management and leadership
- proficient in file management and organisation
- ability to sell over the phone and deal with customers needing asisstance
- able to effectively manage calendars and work schedules
- knowledge of phone systems and office equipment maintenance
- previous experience working with the elderly and a clean driving license
