Responsibility
- A good working knowledge of Intelligent Office
- generating MI information
- developing relationships with clients
- assisting clients with non-advice/non-technical queries
- some general administration
- helping onboard new clients - e.g. book meetings, prepare presentations and documents, gather policy information, liaise with providers, submit application forms, keep clients involved
- help prepare existing client meetings - e.g. assisting in the production of relevant paperwork such as valuations, reports, illustrations, letters, application forms, spreadsheets, presentations and other documents as required by the team
