Responsibility

  • an opportunity has arisen for an Estimator/Contracts Supervisor to join our landscape company
  • the role is within our commercial department, working alongside the Operations Director
  • pricing tenders
  • overseeing works
  • site visits
  • establishing and maintaining relationships with Contractors and Customers
  • procurement of materials and developing relationships with suppliers
  • assisting with the preparation, implementation and management of Health & Safety and Quality procedures e.g RAMS

Requirements

  • previous estimating experience
  • experience using Bluebeam measuring software and Liberate estimating software would be an advantage
  • landscape/horticulture qualification preferred but not essential
  • full UK driving licence
  • CSCS card
  • previous experience within landscaping and/or construction
