it project manager
Responsibility
- lead end-to-end projects using waterfall and agile project methodologies
- manage the projects, including budgeting, task prioritization, estimates, team allocation and timelines to ensure delivery on-time
- translate business requirements into technical requirements and maintain dialogue with all stakeholders
- develop and manage project plans to deliver project outcomes according to business value
- facilitate and coordinate communication with internal and external suppliers contributing to projects
- identify and manage risks and issues, including escalations
- create project status reports
- ensure adherence to Hitachi Energy delivery methodology, including project controls and gate model
Requirements
- PMP certification highly desirable
- experience in implementing projects for ServiceNow
- understanding of different Agile frameworks and Agile certifications are welcome
- understanding of Lean Six Sigma concepts and DMAIC cycle
- good knowledge of ITIL V3 and/or V4
- highly proficient in project methodologies, including establishing way of working, processes, and management of reporting tools
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- minimum 5+ years of professional working experience in area of IT Project Management
