- prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects

Requirements
- degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a cost management or quantity surveying role within the construction industry
- strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and relevant legislation
- proficiency in cost estimation software and tools
- excellent negotiation, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- membership in a professional body is desirable but not essential
- UK Drivers license
