Responsibility

  • assist the Sales Manager and General Manager with growing the overall volume through the plant
  • identifying, securing and maintaining new customers and business
  • ensure customers requirements are properly relayed to the Office
  • ensure customers are satisfied with products and services provided by the Company
  • prospecting new business
  • prepare and send out introduction letters
  • customer visits
  • advise internal sales administration of customer’s requirements

Requirements

  • proven experience in a sales environment
  • IT savvy
  • excellent sales, commercial and negotiation skills
  • has a new business mentality and enjoys going out and winning new opportunities
  • confident, enthusiastic, self-motivated and determined
  • clear communication skills at all levels, especially verbal
  • strong organisational and time-management skills
  • full UK driving licence
