Responsibility
- prepare and deliver briefings on food safety and quality topics to the warehouse and production teams
- attending trials to create product standards in conjunction with NPD and Production Dept
- raising NCR - helping to investigate when needed and closing them off
- responsibility for pest control across the whole site
- verify artwork drafts for legal compliance
- create and maintain finished product specifications
- carrying out internal and hygiene audits in conjunction with the appropriate departmental managers to verify that the factory is complying to all customer codes of practice and BRC standards
- complete traceability exercises
