- liaison with the Warehouse team and Production team to ensure correct and timely production
- identification of stock requirements and communication of requirements to the Purchasing team
- assignment of stock of individual ingredients for blends
- maintenance of the administration records for blends
- adherence to the procedures and policies of our organisation, in line with our BRC Food Safety and Agents &
Requirements
- proficiency in SAP systems
- experience of stock control and logistics
- excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- interest in Nutrition, Food Science and Health
- eye for detail when analysing documented and procedural information
- analytical processing and problem-solving abilities
- team-playing focus
- ability to make strategic decisions and prioritise the workload
