Responsibility
- nursery Manager
- assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the facility
- provide leadership and guidance to staff members
- monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to patients
- collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- previous experience in a nursery or garden center setting is strongly preferred
- previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a home care setting
- strong knowledge of plants, including identification, care requirements, and common pests/diseases
- strong knowledge of medication administration and home care practices
- excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- exceptional customer service skills with the ability to assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
- ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
