Responsibility
- provide comprehensive administrative support to the lettings department, assisting with day-to-day operations
- number One Property Management, a leading company in Newport, is seeking a dedicated Lettings Administrator to join our team
- arrange valuations and listings, plus manage the listings on the relevant portal
- coordinate property viewings, schedule appointments, and communicate with prospective tenants in a professional and timely manner
- handle all aspects of the tenancy process, including preparing tenancy agreements, conducting reference checks, managing inventories and key release
- coordinate smooth transitions when onboarding a tenancy / property from another agent or Landlord
- respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, maintaining exceptional levels of customer service
- ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry and management of property information using our internal systems
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar administrative role within the property management sector is desirable
- exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail and a meticulous approach to maintaining accurate records and documentation
- proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office suite and property management software
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, tenants, and colleagues
- self-motivation and a proactive attitude, able to work independently as well as part of a team
- familiarity with relevant lettings legislation and regulations is advantageous
