Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- technical education or relevant certifications in automotive technology are preferred
- proven experience as an Automotive Technician with a track record of successful repairs and maintenance
- proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment for vehicle troubleshooting
- strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
- familiarity with various vehicle makes and models
- ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Responsibility
- vehicle Diagnostics: Perform comprehensive diagnostic procedures to identify mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles, utilizing equipment and tools
- preventive Maintenance: Execute routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, fluid replacements, filter replacements, tire rotations, and other scheduled maintenance services
- quality Control: Conduct thorough quality control checks on completed work to ensure repairs are accurate and meet established quality standards
- recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services, and diagnostics performed on each vehicle, both in physical and digital formats
- repairs and Maintenance: Conduct accurate and efficient repairs on various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, and HVAC systems
- equipment Maintenance: Properly maintain and care for all shop tools, equipment, and machinery to ensure their effectiveness and longevity
